A leaking roof is more than an inconvenience — it can compromise the safety and value of your home or investment. We don’t just patch problems; we diagnose root causes and give you an honest assessment of what’s needed to safeguard your property.
The assessment cost is $200 + GST. It covers a full on-site inspection, an honest report on your roof’s condition, and quotes for the most cost-effective way forward.

Some leaks can be effectively repaired as a standalone solution. On older roofs, however, a temporary fix may not be durable. If our diagnosis determines that a full roof replacement is the only truly effective answer, we’ll say so plainly.
Book an inspectionRoof leaks happen for many reasons — natural wear and tear, installation issues, or storm damage. Whatever the cause, we identify the source of water entry and recommend the most effective repair.
Over time, fasteners can loosen or seals can degrade, allowing water penetration. The most common single-source leak we see — usually fixable in an hour or two.
Incorrectly installed or damaged flashings around joins, vents, skylights, and chimneys.
Dents, punctures, or localised corrosion on metal panels can create pathways for water. Often hail-related or impact-related. We can apply patches if it is cost-effective to do so.
Even highly durable metal roofs show wear over time. If your roof is over 25 years old and showing multiple symptoms, repair may be a temporary fix that leads to more headaches in the future. We’ll be honest about whether replacement is the better call.
We’re experts at installing new roofs — and at extending the life of existing ones with quality repairs. Even the best roofs eventually show signs of wear; left untreated, small issues become expensive problems. Here’s how we work.
We gather as much information as possible from you to establish roof access feasibility and identify where the leaks are currently appearing.
A qualified roofer visits to carry out a thorough inspection. We identify potential water entry points including flashings, fixings, sheets, penetrations, and present you with a clear repair scope and price.
Our specialist team carries out the repair using high-quality materials and best-practice techniques.

If the damage is localised — a small leak, a rust patch, missing fasteners — repairs are often enough. If issues are widespread, or the roof is end-of-life, replacement is often more cost-effective. We give you an honest assessment based on what we find, not on what generates the larger invoice.
Yes. We regularly repair long-run metal roofs that have developed flashing failures, fastener pull-out, or localised corrosion. The question is usually whether the repair extends the life by 5+ years or just delays an inevitable replacement — we’ll tell you which.
We will attempt to prioritise your repair if it is an emergency. Give us a call and we will see if we can fit you in on the same day.
If the damage was caused by a sudden insured event (storm, hail, falling tree), usually yes. Age-related wear or maintenance failure typically isn’t covered. We can prepare a report for your insurer, if required.
We guarantee our workmanship on any repair we undertake, however, we cannot guarantee that the repair will fix the underlying issue due to the complex nature of repairs. If our repair does not fix the underlying issue (for example, because the leak is presenting itself in another area), we are happy to return to site to undertake another repair.

Our average response time is three business hours.
