Most residential re-roofs land between $120–$180 per m² installed. The variation depends on the size of your roof, your preferred roofing profile (e.g. corrugated, trapezoidal or standing seam), the pitch of your roof, the accessibility of your site and the existing material of your roof.

Like-for-like long-run metal re-roofs do not require a building consent. We will let you know if any restricted building work is required before we can install your roof.

Simple and small residential roofs can be completed in one day. Larger and more complex residential roofs may take up to a few weeks or longer. We give you a clear target schedule before we start work. Safety is paramount for us and our schedule can be affected by bad weather from time to time. We will let you know if bad weather affects the timing of your project.
